I have been exploring how to change the economic environment in Canada. To find solutions I explored what were factors that slow economic prosperity in Canada. I have a different opinion than the narrative we hear from media and the political establishment. Where does the current narrative assess the root case to be? In general the narrative tell us that everyone else is to blame. Interesting premise and how does this generate solutions? Yes, this starts a hamster wheel of emotions that fit the triggered narrative of victimhood. Where are the solutions? The moral high ground approach of the righteous victim loudly chastising the oppressor instantly leaves no room for reciprocal communication because the accused has limited options. If you defend you validate the oppressed opinion and to do nothing you are exiled unjustly.

Polarization is the result because the oppressed demand conformity based on a way of feelings from their moral superiority.

Solutions must have facts, willingness to collaborate, and objectives.

The concept of victimhood is predominately based in the feeling fantasy realm. Therefore we need to look at the ideology of the morally emotional. Their world is a totally chaotic place with evil and danger around every corner. The emotions are real but the validity of the chaos is the blinder. Accountability, facts, labels, blame, evil verses good, all must be equal, and the government must provide for me because the family historically provided and the family structure as it once was oppresses. This must be a truly dangerous place for morally superior population.

How do we adjust the triggered emotional world? Another reality must be generated for them to see the prosperity potential of a holistic approach that creates the cooperation for all like the family structure that civilizations have benefitted from for thousands of years. In the emotional world the family is an evil place and therefore a holistic Canada must provide the environment for cooperation.

Aside from the emotional morally superior group we must get some facts to generate solutions. Cost to benefit overview of Canada is the environment for prosperity has collapsed due to high taxes, system designed to support a select group, the speed of any development takes decades and we are in a shrinking economy. There is a central player to all of this and that is governments.

We have hundreds of thousands of laws, regulations, bylaws, and other government instruments that retard growth. Productivity in Canada is very low and government employs hundreds of thousands of people from coast to coast to coast. Government management density is 3 to 4 times that of the private sector.

The providers of the environment of Canada have a system that is not doing the objectives to benefit all Canadians. The system has become a tangled technocratic complexity web that has little focus on outcome and accountability.

We therefore need a new system that provides a holistic benefit opportunity for every Canadian.
